Returns & Exchanges

Unworn and unwashed merchandise are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned in original packaging within 14 days after receiving your order. Any tags must still be on clothing. Love Now Boutique does not offer refunds, only store credit. 

Swimwear:  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition WITH the liner on. Both pieces must be sent back from a set.

If an item is sent back to us and has been washed, worn, or missing any liners, we have the right to refuse the return and it will be sent back to you. In this case you will not receive store credit.

Return Instructions

Go to the customer return portal to begin the return process.

If an item is sent back to us and has been washed, worn, or missing any liners, we have the right to refuse the return and it will be sent back to you. In this case you will not receive store credit. Please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

STORE CREDIT:

Once we receive your return, it will be processed for store credit within 3-4 business days. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift-card. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not expire. 

EXCHANGES:

You are welcome to exchange your item for the same item in a different size (if it’s available) on the customer returns and exchanges portal. Otherwise, store credit will be issued and can be used towards anything else on our website, which never expires.

CANCELED ORDERS:

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All orders placed on sale OR using a discount code are final. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased on sale or using discount codes. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Jewelry/accessories, hats/hair accessories, bodysuits, shorts with liners, flash sale & sale items. All holiday specific themed items are final sale.
